- Keep you informed of progress
- Advice you on any delays and explain reasons
- Explain the effect of any important documents
- Regularly send you a summary of your legal costs to date
Our policy is to:
- Reply to all correspondence within 3 working days.
- Return all phone calls within 24 hours.
At the end of your case:
- We will write to you confirming matters are concluded.
- Explain any continuing consequences.
- Finalise payment of costs and accounts for all money due as quickly as possible.
